The Essential Goat Refund & Return Policy

At The Essential Goat, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our natural skincare products and essential oils. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

We offer a 10-day return policy, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. From the date you receive your item, you have 10 days to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

We take the utmost care in ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to assess the situation and ensure a swift resolution.

While we strive to accommodate our customers, certain items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons. These include:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Opened personal care goods (e.g., skincare products, beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any doubts or concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Need a different product? The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with purchasing your desired item separately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
